What makes your hair "luxury"?

Our hair from bundle to closure to frontal is raw unprocessed virgin hair - the highest quality available. Meaning its comes from one source and not mixed with any synthetic hair. Full cuticle running in one direction allowing for full hair bundles from root to tip.

Why is HD lace the best?

We use ultra thin HD lace for our closures and frontals to ensure it matches a variety of skin tones so you can get the best melt whether you are gluing down or going for a glueless unit.

How much hair is needed for a wig/sew in?

We suggest a minimum of 2 bundle of hair for shorter styles i.e bobs and lobs up to 16 inches. Anything above 16 inches we recommend 3 bundles of hair up to 24 inches for a full wig or sew in. If you are purchasing bundles over 26 inches, then we recommend 4 or more bundles for a super full wig or sew in.

How long will my hair last?

Our hair can last up to three years and more with the right hair maintenance and hair care.

Why do you only have straight hair?

We want to provide the best hair and we are constantly trying to ensure each hair type is being tested and reviewed constantly before being rolled out for everyone to use. Watch this space more hair textures coming soon.

Do you offer returns?

With the nature of our products we do not offer returns so all orders are final. So please double check before purchasing. Contact us if there is any confusion.

Where is your hair from?

We believe in transparency. Our hair is sourced across Asia and South America. But is processed and hand sewn in our factory in China and sent out directly from there.
